When you choose to become a BBRV village resident, you will have your very own secure apartment within the village of your choice.

  • You have your own space, minus the hassle of maintenance or yard work. 
  • You can enjoy built-in safety and security measures reducing the worry associated with living alone.
  • You can access daytime support services of your choice, when you need them, from external, accredited service providers.
  • Village and Property Managers are on hand during normal business hours to help.

Daytime support services our residents bring into the village may include:

  • Meal support (e.g. Meals On Wheels)
  • Housekeeping services (e.g. laundry, home cleaning)
  • Personal care support (e.g. showering, physical therapy, medical and shopping)


Connecting you with services to help you live independently for longer

To help you enjoy independent living for as long as possible, we have built strong relationships with local accredited service providers such as JewishCare. We can put you in touch with JewishCare and other external accredited service providers if you require them.

Choose from a broad range of accommodation options

We offer a variety of unique floor plans and apartment styles and sizes, including:

  • 1-bedroom apartments in Princess and Kadimah Gardens, including Standard, Superior and Prestige Style apartments,
  • 1-bedroom + study apartments in Guilfoyle Gardens only,
  • 2-bedroom apartments are available in all villages in Prestige Style only,
  • 2-bedroom + sunroom apartments in Prestige Style at Guilfoyle Gardens only, and
  • One 3-bedroom Prestige Style apartment in Princess Gardens only.

  • Ensuite bathrooms, some with space for washing machines and dryers

Our built-in security measures

Your safety and security is important to us. For your comfort and peace of mind, our villages feature:

  • Apartments are generally fitted with lockable security screens, screen doors and flyscreens.
  • Each apartment is fitted with 24/7 day nurse call system connected to an emergency response centre, ensuring that you feel safe, comfortable, and confident.
  • Our villages are staffed during normal business hours with village and property managers.
  • Our staff are available out of hours by telephone to deal with any property related emergencies in the village.



Moving in?

To make you feel right at home, your apartment is specially refurbished and updated before you first turn the key. Our village together with our property managers will ensure that you’re happy and comfortable with your apartment well before you move into the village.


Need minor modifications to your apartment?

Want us to put up picture hooks, curtains, or perhaps something a little out of the ordinary?

Nothing’s a problem. We can assist you. Just ask a Village or Property Manager.


What about parking?

Parking spaces are limited and a waiting list applies. To ensure the safety of our residents, to park within the village grounds, residents must hold a current driver’s licence and be the vehicle’s legal owner. The vehicle must be insured (including third party damage). A small monthly charge applies to the allocation of a parking space in the village. Please direct parking related queries to our Village Managers.
