Set in lush, leafy surrounds in Sydney’s northern suburbs, residency at Kadimah Gardens is open to people from mixed faiths. Residents are predominantly Jewish. The village features 48 apartments, in a range of configurations: 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom plus study, and 2-bedroom apartments.

BBRV invites members of our community experiencing financial difficulties, including meeting their rental obligations, to apply for residency in our fabulous Kadimah Gardens apartments.
A limited number of upgraded and fully renovated air-conditioned 1 bedroom apartments have been set aside for members of our community.
Jewish seniors are encouraged to contact our village manager to obtain an application for residency and financial assistance. All applications will be treated in a strictly confidential manner with the cost of residency determined by the BBRV Board in relativity to personal circumstances.

Westfield Shopping Centre, Hornsby Ku-Ring-Gai Hospital and extensive medical facilities are a short bus ride away. The bus stop is located out the front of Kadimah Gardens. Waitara Station is 1.5km away.
