B’nai B’rith Retirement Village Limited (BBRV) apartments are licenced in accordance with the NSW Retirement Villages Act.

Copies of the NSW Retirement Villages Act can be downloaded from Fair Trading NSW.

Village residents can reside in their apartments for life, or until such time as they are no longer able to live independently – until such time that you require support services between sunset and sunrise. Live-in helpers are not permitted.

Terminating your licence agreement

You can terminate your license agreement at any time and vacate your apartment within a notice period. Talk to our Village Managers regarding all licence-related inquiries. Licence agreements are available to prospective residents upon interview. Our licence agreement meets the compliance obligations under the NSW Retirement Villages Act.

Paperwork requests

Copies of licence agreements, disclosure statements, village guidelines and all other relevant documentation can be requested from our village managers during your next visit.
