From the moment you call us to inquire about becoming a resident, we’re here to help you. Your welfare is our responsibility.

Becoming A Resident

If you have inquired about becoming a resident, we’ll guide you through the application process. We will interview you to ensure that we make a good fit for each other.

Settling In

When you become a resident, we’ll go out of our way to make sure you feel welcome and help you get settled into your new apartment.

Once you’re settled, rest assured that the help we give you doesn’t stop there. Come and see us for information about events and activities at the village and plenty more.

We also conduct annual unit inspections to make sure your apartment is in good condition and schedule any repairs or maintenance with you.

We ensure that village grounds and apartments are maintained to consistently high standards and we act upon any property-related emergency, such as a water leak, a power outage, or to organise emergency keys in the event that you become locked out of your apartment.

We have first aid training and adhere to strict workplace health and safety procedures.

Your Welfare

We stay in regular contact with you to ensure you’re in good health. In the event that you need information and guidance regarding daytime support services, such as cleaning services, we can refer you to people who can assist you with those too. We do all that we can to enable you to live comfortably and independently in the village.

In the event that you have a concern that you would like us to address, we’ll make inquiries through the proper channels and promptly resolve the issues on your behalf.
