Need Financial Assistance?

In keeping with our mission and charitable community ethos, we provide financial assistance in the form of licence rebates to selected applicants who are in financial stress. Around 10% of our village community receives some level of financial support from B’nai B’rith Retirement Villages Limited (BBRV) in the form of rebate from our standard monthly rates.

We have a number of apartments in our fabulous Kadimah Gardens village in Wahroonga, available for immediate occupation for persons qualifying for financial assistance. Please contact our village manager to express your interest.

Applying For Financial Assistance

You will be required to complete a range of financial disclosure documents for assessment and presentation to the BBRV Board. To obtain details of documentation requirements, together with relevant pre-qualification requirements, contact our Village Managers.

Our capacity to offer financial assistance is limited. Qualified applicants may be placed on our financially supported accommodation waiting list until a suitable vacancy becomes available.

Prospective applicants are advised that financial assistance is only available in our Kadimah Gardens Village for housing in our Standard Level 1 bedroom apartments. Subsidised accommodation is not available at either of our Princess Gardens or Guilfoyle Gardens villages.
