Your welfare, safety and comfort is of the utmost importance to us. Enjoy life within a vibrant community without the worry of maintenance and repair work – inside your apartment or within the village grounds.


Need plants pruned, the guttering replaced, new kitchen appliances or paintwork refreshed?

Leave the hassles and the headaches of property maintenance behind you! Your Village team will take care of all property maintenance and repairs in no time and at no cost to you, unless of course the work is the result of damage by the resident or something extra that you’ve asked for.


What do you pay for?

You simply pay for:

  • Your licence fee and/or monthly maintenance charge
  • Your phone line
  • Pay TV service (if needed)
  • Internet services (if needed) - each village has a fully equipped internet café available to residents free of charge
  • Electricity use
  • Bulb replacements.
  • Should you require in-home support services, we have a strong relationship with JewishCare, an accredited provider of support services to your home.

Please note: Securing resident support services are the responsibility of individual residents. These services can’t include live-in carers.
